In 1967, Benelli brothers, owners of the motorcycle factory, founded the Benelli Armi in Urbino, due to his great passion for hunting. They had the brilliant idea to understand that guns should progress within the repeating weapons and decided to build a shotgun capable of firing five rounds in less than a second. Bruno makes his project Civolani inventing the Benelli inertia system, which uses the inertia of the mass, thus replacing the traditional gas-making mechanism and ensuring safety and reliability.
