TSA Stores Inc., also known as The Sports Authority, is a sporting goods chain that started in Florida in the late 1980’s. It is now based out of Englewood Colorado after the company merged in 2003 with Gart Sports, Sportmart and Oshman’s. The company was listed publicly for a number of years but due to a leveraged buyout in 2006 the company is now listed privately and no longer reports to the SEC.

Sports Authority started a new brand in 2010 called “S.A. Elite” which has a smaller footprint and caters to higher end sports apparel and accessories. The company has also solidified it’s brand in the Colorado region by purchasing the naming rights to the previously named Mile High Stadium where the Denver Broncos play their home games. More

The Buffalo Bills, famous for their four consecutive Super Bowl losses, has one of the longest-standing team logos in American sports. Over a period of 50 years the logo has undergone one major change but today the team has again embraced the original logo for sale on select Buffalo Bills merchandise. The logo has always featured an actual buffalo (animal), even after the major change. The buffalo went from a standing position to more of a charging position as you can see from the images presented here. The team name came from a local contest that was open to the public to name the professional football team located in Buffalo, New York. More

Dakar Rally Logo

Dakar Rally Logo — The Dakar Rally is an annual competition in rally raid disputed during the first weeks of January, considered one of the toughest rallies and the most famous in the world. Until 2008, during the time that lasted the test, took the runners from some city in Europe, to the city of Dakar, Senegal. Association of Tennis Professionals Logo — The Association of Tennis Professionals ( ATP ) was established in 1972 with the intent to protect and safeguard the interests of all those male players in tennis . A year later, women formalized the Women’s Tennis Association for the same purpose. Since 1990 , the association has organized the main circuit of men’s tennis worldwide, known as ATP Tour (an evolution of the formats previously called World Championship Tennis ). Since 2009, the above was remodeled, becoming named ATP World Tour . The ATP headquarters is located in London, Great Britain , the American division is based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, the European resides in Monaco , and finally the one dedicated to the world, including Africa, Asia-Pacific has its base in Sydney , Australia.

It was inaugurated in 1972 by a group of players and first administered in the persons of Jack Kramer and Cliff Drysdale . The organization soon took on the responsibility to create an official ranking professional tennis players, which began the following year and continues today.
