Aperol Logo — The Aperol is a drink with a slightly alcoholic gradation of 11°, the color orange and the bitter sweet taste. It is made with an infusion of alcohol in orange, gentian, rhubarb and other herbs. The original recipe is secret and has remained unchanged over the years. The Aperol was invented by Giuseppe Barbieri Barbieri Brothers Distillery in Bassano del Grappa and officially presented at the first Trade Fair in Padova in 1919.
