De’Longhi Logo — The De’Longhi SpA is a holding Italian working in the field of air conditioning, heating and products for cooking and cleaning. It is based in Treviso. Listed on the Milan stock exchange in the segment Standard. It was founded in 1902 for the production of wood stoves. In 2001 they share the Milan Stock Exchange. Also in 2001, De’Longhi acquires British Kenwood Limited manufacturer of kitchen appliances triggering a spike mark.
