Groupe SEB Logo — Groupe SEB (Société d’Emboutissage de Bourgogne) is a company French large producing small appliances. Some of the group’s brands include Krups, Moulinex, Rowenta and Tefal. A large part of its production is made in China. The precursor of Groupe SEB consortium was originally founded by Antoine Lescure in 1857.
In 2004 Groupe SEB acquired the U.S. company cookware All-Clad. The loss of market share in Europe is expected to offset growth in the markets of North America and Asia.
