Publicly criticized the actions of the Ukrainian government is in preparation for the European Championship, stray dogs and cats to kill the host cities (including burning alive in mobile incinerators) to improve the city. A major problem is corruption, which multiplies the cost of the stadium construction project. Meanwhile, the government anticipates a cost of around ten billion euros. This is a 16-fold higher amount than the 2008 tournament (about 620 million euros). One problem is the lack of number of turns of hotel beds in the Ukraine.
