Rover Logo — Rover and MG Rover Group was a manufacturer of automobiles in the United Kingdom , based at the plant in Longbridge in Birmingham. However, in April 2005, production ceased when the German company BMW, which belonged to the insolvent. In July 2005 the Nanjing Automobile Group Corporation acquired the company, continuing production in China, and also at Longbridge since May 29, 2007.
