Buick Logo — Buick is a brand of cars in the United States founded in 1903 and owned industrial group General Motors since the founding of this, in 1908. Since the beginning of General Motors, Buick models are in the category of semiluxury above Oldsmobile and below Cadillac, which had as its main rival the brand Mercury, the group rival Ford Motor Company.
The Buick was marketed almost exclusively in the U.S. and Canada, with few exceptions. Throughout the 2000s, the range has been simplified with the replacement of midsize sedans Buick Century and Buick Regal for the Buick LaCrosse, the replacement of large sedan Buick LeSabre and Buick Park Avenue, on the Buick Lucerne, and premature death of the SUV Buick Rainier and the minivan Buick Terraza. The 2008 range has just three models: the LaCrosse, the Lucerne and the Buick Enclave (an SUV). More
