Before going to the Rose Garden in 1995, the Blazers fought their home games at Memorial Coliseum. The team entered the NBA in 1970 and is the only professional sports franchise in Oregon of a sports league. The Blazers also enjoyed strong support from the public, from 1977 to 1995, the team filled their stadium for 815 consecutive home games, with the longest streak in American professional sports history.
